To accommodate the crane mobilization for the Washburn Crosby Elevator No. 1 project, West River Parkway (from 11th Avenue South to Portland Avenue) will be closed from just after midnight Friday morning until 3:30pm Friday afternoon, April 20th. It will also be closed Monday-Friday, April 23rd-27th from 7:00am-3:30pm each day.
