I've been traveling lately, so not sure when this occurred.  I hope the person(s) who did this are eventually caught.

The graffitti situation is OUT OF CONTROL around downtown and the riverfront. More Minneapolis and Park Police patrols are needed.

Graffiti vandals are running rampant up and down the 3rd ward. The police seem to be doing nothing. They should take cues from the Columbia Heights Police and assign a special investigator to track these vandals down.

It is not enough that they impose their garbage on everyone, they are vein. Their work is posted publicly online on sites like flicker and instagram. It is not hard to catch them.
