The class incorporates 3 to 5 minute blocks of all-out exercise, with breaks in between long enough to catch your breath, grab some water and get right back to work. It’s called Max Interval Training. We keep your body working at maximum capacity throughout the entire workout, while you keep pushing your body’s limits, requiring it to adapt.

Parklot, Downtown Experience Committee, 2025 Plan, Downtown Minneapolis

This year, Peavey Plaza will be home to a PARKLOT throughout the summer! PARKLOTs are urban pop-up parks aimed at helping create a consistently compelling experience downtown. It's an initiative of the Minneapolis Downtown Council's Intersections: Downtown 2025 Plan's Downtown Experience Committee with support from Hennepin Theatre Trust and presented by Bank of America. After having great success last year at the inaugural PARKLOT next to the Orpheum Theatre on Hennepin Avenue, this year Peavey Plaza and IDS Center will be host to pop-up parks during Summer 2015.
