Should Gov. Dayton Punish Minneapolis Parks Over Southwest LRT? - Mill City Times Poll

Our Governor is proposing to slash the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board budget over its engineering studies of the Southwest LRT project (see statements from Dayton & MPRB below).  What do you think?
