The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) recently published a Master Plan for the St. Anthony Falls Regional Park, which includes both the east and west Mississippi river fronts from Plymouth Avenue to the 35W Bridge. We wholeheartedly endorse the plan and urge it to be adopted and implemented.
