Wednesday, August 5 | 6:30-10 pm
The Commons (425 Portland Ave S)

The only thing more mysterious than the Men in Black? Watching adults race kids through inflatables before the movie. Come bounce, climb, and play from 6:30–8:30 pm before settling in for a free showing of Men in Black at dusk.

Got an inflatable costume collecting dust in the closet? This is its moment. Bring it along and join the fun! Don't have one? No worries—we'll have a few inflatable costumes available to borrow onsite.

Get creative with the power of the sun! Design and create your own custom bandana using the fascinating cyanotype printing process. We'll provide all the materials you need, and you're welcome to bring leaves, flowers, lace, or other textured objects from home to make your print uniquely yours.

Grab a pair of wireless headphones, choose your favorite DJ channel, and spend the evening dancing under the stars along the Mississippi River. Silent Nights is a monthly silent disco series bringing local DJs, great music, and plenty of energy to Minneapolis parks and public spaces.

Whether you're dancing all night or just stopping by to see what all the smiling people in headphones are up to, everyone is welcome.
