He Knew it Was Time to Start Working Out When His Wife Said...

Doug and Pam have been married for 12 years.   After the wedding, Doug stopped working out - fast forward 3 or 4 years, and an eye opening statement from Pam made him realize he needed to make a change.  They were shopping on a rainy day, and Pam was watching Doug run to the car.  When he got in the car, she blurted out, "Your boobs jiggle more than mine!".  It was then that Doug decided he needed to get back in shape.  As you can see below, he's kept that commitment and he and Pam enjoy working out together.
