Have You Heard About the Minneapolis Water Taxi?

Minneapolis Water Taxi

Experience the Mississippi River above the St. Anthony Falls with the Minneapolis Water Taxi.

The Taxi can pick up/drop off at Boom Island docks or The Sample Room dock between 11am and 8pm daily (reserve a time). Capacity is 6 people, and the cost is $10 per person for an approximately one-hour cruise. Riders are welcome to bring snacks and beverages.

The Taxi cruises between downtown Minneapolis, the Lowry Avenue Bridge, and the blue heron rookery. They are licensed by the US Coast Guard and inspected by the Hennepin County Sheriff's Water Patrol.

The website offers suggestions on how to use this service, such as a River Pub Crawl and Private River Limo Cruise, and also welcomes your requests. For more information, email Free.cjp@gmail.com and visit Facebook.
