The American Academy of Neurology and ArtSpace development projects proposed for the 800 block of Washington Avenue South, across from the Guthrie have been recommended by the Minneapolis City Planning Commission for approval. This will be a great addition to the Mill City neighborhood. The land sale by the city and the subdivision into 2 parcels has been recommended. Read the full report here...
