Friday, October 1, 2010 at 6:29AMHeads up: The Twin Cities Marathon and Medtronic TC 10 Mile is taking place this weekend on Sunday. The Marathon starts at the Metrodome and the 10 Mile is going right through the Mill District on South 2nd St. Based on last year, parking will be in short supply, and 2nd St will be shut down from early morning until early afternoon.
