I have always been proud to have Graco in the neighborhood. Coming from a company town ( Austin MN/Hormel)I know what good can come when corporations are vested in the interests of the public. This posturing on Gracos part and trying to hold future park trails "hostage" is unconsionable. Really, you are not going to allow a trail that will serve future generations because you might want to build a future headquarters on a piece of legacy land that the Park has been trying to obtain for years! H.W.Cleveland and our forefathers had a vision that has made Minneapolis what it is today. The right of the citizens to share and have access to the waterways that made this city a great and equitable place to live. There are plenty of lots adjacent to Graco that they could purchase for a new headquarters. Instead they want a piece of something that is for our future generations.....Just for a better view.
