IN Food Marketing & Design is celebrating its 30th anniversary as a full-service Minnesota-based marketing communications agency immersed in B2B foodservice marketing. From brand strategy and packaging to trade activations, media and social, IN Food Marketing & Design supports large food brands and manufacturers across the country while keeping its roots, hiring and community impact firmly in Minnesota.

Community involvement is central to their work.
As a contributor to the food industry, the agency considers it a responsibility to help alleviate food insecurity. The agency donates 5% of its profits every year to hunger-relief efforts in the seven-county area of the Twin Cities. "Through our Food for All program, we not only donate to organizations that provide hunger relief, but also provide $10,000 in pro bono marketing support and 25 volunteer hours with our team," Nelson said. "Our Food for All program lets us advance the missions of local nonprofits with strategic marketing support, not just funding."

For Nelson and the IN Food Marketing & Design team, the food industry is not simply the sector they support - it is a core part of everything they do. Meeting six times a year, the group fosters collaboration across brands, agencies, suppliers and talent. These connections lead to partnerships, hires and new initiatives.
