One-day staff training will focus on service improvements

Minneapolis 311 and the Minneapolis Service Centers downtown and in the East Lake Community Safety Center will close Wednesday, November 19, for a one-day training on enhancing service delivery to better support residents. 311 will resume regular business hours on Thursday, November 20.
