September 21, 2019, Saturday - Scandal on the Waterfront at A Mill Artist Lofts

Time: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Location: A-Mill Artist Lofts, 315 Main Street NE

Scandal on the Waterfront

Issues and stories of the Mississippi River come to life through engaging conversations and improvisation on three nights with the Theater of Public Policy. The Theater of Public Policy advances the understanding of complex ideas and issues by unpacking them through smart conversation and improvisational comedy.

On September 21, enjoy a beer in a speakeasy atmosphere with historians Penny Peterson, author of Minneapolis Madams, and Iric Nathanson, author of Minneapolis in the Twentieth Century. The ticket price includes two specialty beers from Pryes brewery.

Doors open at 6:30 pm; program begins at 7 pm.

This series is hosted by the Mississippi Watershed Organization, Mississippi Park Connection, Mill City Museum, and the National Park Service at St. Anthony Falls Visitor Center. This series is made possible in part by the St. Anthony Falls Heritage Board with sponsorship in part by Pryes Brewing.
