October 30, 2010, Saturday - Guest Baker: Autumn Baking with Pat Sinclair at Mill City Museum

Time: Noon-2pm

Location:  Mill City Museum

Guest baker Pat Sinclair will visit the Baking Lab for two demonstrations about autumn baking, including Pumpkin Streusel Muffins and Apple Blondies from her cookbook, "Baking Basics and Beyond," and share tips and secrets she's learned over the years. Sinclair is a local food consultant with more than 20 years experience whose clients have included Land O’Lakes, General Mills and Pillsbury. She was the recipe editor for two Pillsbury Classics Cookbooks and one for Land O’Lakes and teaches cooking classes at Cooks of Crocus Hill. After each demonstration the book will be available for purchase and Sinclair will sign copies.

Fee: Programs included with museum admission of $10 adults, $8 seniors and college students, $5 children ages 6-17; free for MHS members.
