November 16, 2017, Thursday - Heading Home Hennepin Annual Community Meeting at the Convention Center

Time: 1pm-4pm

Location: The Minneapolis Convention Center, 1301 2nd Ave S – Room L100 (lower level)

The annual Heading Home Hennepin Community Meeting is hosted by Hennepin County Office to End Homelessness

This year’s Heading Home Hennepin community meeting will focus on the importance of collaboration - it will give an opportunity for the wider community to hear about the work happening across the homeless response system, directly from those responsible for coordinating, managing and delivering the services.
We urge those who are experiencing, or have experienced homelessness to attend! This will be a great opportunity to learn more about the homeless response system and be able to have a voice on its future direction.

No need to RSVP – all are welcome!
