Sweat and Drink Beer for Charity

Join us for an incredibly fun, hour long, outdoor workout with Blood Sweat & Cheers at Insight Brewing! Get your sweat on and then grab a beer with us, all while giving back to the community.

$15 includes a kick butt workout, and a beer to celebrate, plus 50% of proceeds go to YouthLink MN, a non-profit organization that builds healthy relationships with youth and the community. YouthLink address youths' urgent needs and provide opportunities and futures of empowerment, connectedness, and self-reliance

Bring:
-Towel or yoga mat
-Water to drink
-A full, unopened gallon of water to use as weight during workout.
