At the Market today you will find: snap peas, Hakurei turnips, radishes, spinach, spring salad mixes, arugula, spring onions, green garlic, head lettuce herbs, wild greens, purple carrots, sorrel, asparagus, kale, Swiss chard, rhubarb, WI high tunnel-grown heirloom tomatoes, broccoli raab, green beans, garlic scapes, and lots of BERRIES: strawberries, black raspberries, blueberries, and sour cherries!

Mill City Cooks, 10:00am:
Chef Heather Hartman will be incorporating products from SFA member Brauchers Sunshine Harvest Farm in today’s recipe.

Live Music, 11:00am to 1:00pm:

Sustainable Farming Association visits the Market!, all day: SFA member Jim VanDerPol will be signing copies of his book, Conversations With the Land, from 10:00am to 1:00pm, and culinary coordinator Mary Jane Miller will be working alongside the chefs in the kitchen and selling copies of the Garlic Festival Cookbook.

Kids Activity, 9:00am to Noon:
Mystery veggie/fruit sampling and scavenger hunt inside the Mill City Museum in partnership with the Growing Strong exhibit!
