The Twin Cities first and only URBAN yoga festival will take place in Minneapolis at Loring Park on July 9th! cOMmon Grounds will feature some of the finest yoga instructors and rockin' musicians from around the area. The festival promises to provide attendees an overall wellness experience by offering a variety of classes, activities, educational and fun workshops all against the background of nature and the sounds of the city.

Participants are invited to attend an assortment of yoga classes and other unique workshops. Classes range from beginner to immediate and advanced. Look forward to a wide range of urban styles, fun and lecture based "YOGA Talks" workshops. 

In addition to yoga, participants will have several options to stay entertained.  Enjoy a massage, Reiki session, listen to music, chill at Slacker Park, watch artistic performers, shop in our Vendor Village, enjoy different healthy food options and much more. 

cOMmon Grounds Festival is a family-friendly event. Young Yogis can participate in their very own yoga classes, activities, games, crafts and more at our, "Kids Camp."
