Explore the most popular formats C2 + Yoga Sculpt in one class at picturesque Boom Island Park followed by a 30 minute guided meditation. Come for one or both to experience the incredible life-changing things that happen when you root an intensely physical workout in the mindfulness of yoga. Bring your own mat and stay for giveaways after class!

Then, hop in a canoe and enjoy FREE Wilderness Inquiry Voyageur Canoe Rides on the Mississippi River! The canoe rides will take you up and down the Mighty Mississippi and offers a chance to enjoy our city’s birthplace in a whole new way. Stop by 10 am-5 pm and enjoy this unique experience!
