February 15, 2019, Friday - A Love Journey: Self Inquiry into the Heart at Hewing Hotel

Time: 6p-8p

Location:Hewing Hotel, 300 N Washington Avenue

A Love Journey: Self Inquiry into the Heart

Come release in an evening of self inquiry into the heart. Diving into all the darkness to find your light.
In this 2 hour yin yoga workshop you will let your body, mind and spirit release. Paired with rose quartz to help restore the pain and essential oils to relax the mind.

Valentines Day can be an emotional day for some, whether society telling you that you should have a partner or feeling lonely in your own skin even when you are with someone else.

We so often forget that there are many types of love in the world, not just the romantic kind...
Through holding deep heart opening poses we will physically allow our heart organ to open up and let go of any residue. To journey through the dark, to find your light. The journey is yours, come feel something with us.

After class you can enjoy complimentary champagne on the rooftop while connecting and sharing with fellow gems.
