That's right. Two of your favorite brands have come together again and created something kickass for you to switch up your routine. Never been to Alchemy Northeast? $10 gets you in for class! There will be special giveaways all night provided by University of Minnesota TC Love Your Melon Campus CrewAlchemyInsomnia Cookies, and more!

The best part: this Alchemy class is benefiting the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital! Proceeds will be donated and there will be a donation jar if you would like to show some extra love. 

What does class entail?
We combine yoga, strength and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way. A warm-up with yoga, 10 minutes of high intensity and yoga cool-down. Leave feeling more alive! No shoes or mat required!
