Featured chefs include Mike Brown of Travail Kitchen & Pig Ate My Pizza, Christina Nguyen of Hola Arepa & Hai Hai, Yia Vang of Union Kitchen, The Chef Team of All Square, Dulce Monterrubio of Dulceria Bakery, Jose Alarcon of Popol Vuh & Centro, and Mecca Bos and Jametta Raspberry of House of Gristle. Mixologists from Hai Hai & Hola Arepa will also be there!
