April 14, 2019, Sunday - Friends & Family 5k - Spring 2019 Edition at East River Flats

Time: 11a - 3p

Location: East River Flats, 360 E River Pkwy

Friends & Family 5k - Spring 2019 Edition

We are hosting another Friends and Family 5K on Sunday, April 14! All are welcome! The basic premise of the event is walk, bike, run, skate, rollerblade, scooter...or propel yourself with any other non-motorized transport for 5K (3.2 miles).

We end the race with homemade trophies for all the kids, a BBQ, and pinata. Please bring your own grillables and beverages.

Feel free to invite any other friends and families!

The schedule is below.

Please RSVP! Hope to see you all on the 14th!

11am: Gather, drink coffee, and stretch out
Noon: Race starts promptly at noon. Runners take your mark!
1 pm: BBQ
1:30 pm: Trophy presentations
2 pm: Pinata
3 pm: Wrap up

The race is a good excuse to get some exercise and meet other families.
