Minnesota Center for Book Arts

Experience the book in new and exciting ways at Minnesota Center for Book Arts (MCBA) – where the visual arts meet the literary arts. Established in 1983, Minnesota Center for Book Arts is the most comprehensive independent book arts center in the nation, offering more than 100 hands-on classes each year for all levels of students, including family workshops. Visit the latest exhibition in the gallery or explore the spaces where books come to life – the papermaking, typesetting, printing, and bookbinding studios.
