September 5, 2015, Saturday - Mill City Farmers Market

Time: 8:00am - 1:00pm

Location: 704 South 2nd Street

Today at Mill City Farmers Market:

In recognition of Hunger Awareness Month, we'd like to kick off September by bringing attention to our Greens for Good program, which is a partnership with Campus Kitchen and is sponsored by Delta Dental. Each week, our vendors donate to a program that helps feed low-income residents of the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood. Since June, our vendors have donated over 3,000 lbs of produce!
On Saturday, we invite our neighbors and customers to join us by donating to those in need.
You can find donation boxes at the Delta Dental booth at the top of the Market on your way out so if you'd like to drop a bunch of carrots, some extra peppers, or any other fresh veggie, it would be much appreciated.
