September 26, 2015, Saturday - Slow Flow Somayoga at Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery

Time: 10:00am

Location: Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery, 1430 Washington Avenue South

It's back! Slow Flow Saturday!

Join us for a Therapeutic yoga class focused on finding freedom, flexibility, stability and strength in your body, mind and spirit! This yoga session will incorporate somatics and somayoga techniques along with Therapeutic movement principles in a relaxing restorative yoga class. Stay after class for a complimentary award winning Town Hall beer! Lunch will also be available beginning at 11am, relax and have a bite to eat!

Class cost is $15. Class size is limited to 15 students, contact me to register. Bring a yoga mat, small blanket to class. Hope to see you!
