September 20, 2019, Friday - The return of Wine&Yoga at A-Mill Artist Lofts

Time: 6p

Location: A-Mill Artist Lofts, 315 SE Main Street

The return of Wine&Yoga

It's BACK!

Wine&Yoga is 60-minutes (6pm-7:15) of Ted-style yoga (taught by me) followed by a wine tasting (run by our resident Wine Guru and owner of Solo Vino, Chuck Kanski), accompanied by great organic fruits and berries, cheeses, chocolates and more (masterfully prepared by Sharon Picasso)(7:15pm-9).

Yoga, food, and drink to pull you into the moment, rather than to distract you from it. Come for the yoga, stay for the bliss.

YOU MUST RSVP IF YOU WANT IN, these events fill up, and we cap them at 20 people.
