September 20, 2011, Tuesday - Talk of the Stacks: Nuruddin Farah at Central Library

Time: 7:00pm

Location:  Pohlad Hall at Central Library, 300 Nicollet

Born in Somalia, Farah is the author of 11 novels, one nonfiction and numerous plays. Pushed into exile by the dictator Siyad Barre before the collapse of Somalia's government, he is the 2010-2012 Winton Chair in the College of Liberal Arts, University of Minnesota. Books will be available for purchase and signing. Seating is first-come, first-served.
