September 18, 2010, Saturday - Childish Films - ROCK AND READ at the Central Library

Time: 10:30am

Location: Pohlad Hall at the Minneapolis Central Library, 300 Nicollet Mall
 
ROCK AND READ: Clementown, local mom and pop rock band / multimedia performance project by Kate Lynch and Chris Beaty, opens the season with a show of original rock songs adapted from books, followed by a program of favorite picture books come to life on the big screen.

For kids in preschool (age 3) and up and their families. Children's film curators for the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival will present a pre-show art activity and educational intro for children's film fans before each screening.
