September 15, 2010, Wednesday - Author John Reimringer reads from his debut novel Vestments published by Milkweed Editions.

John Reimringer’s first novel, Vestments, is forthcoming from Milkweed Editions in fall 2010. An excerpt, “Betty Garcia,” appeared in the Milkweed anthology Fiction on a Stick: Stories by Writers from Minnesota. He has published short stories in Carolina Quarterly, Colorado Review, Louisiana Literature, and Gulf Stream Magazine and has received two Minnesota State Arts Board Fellowships, as well as a  residency at the Anderson Center for Interdiscplinary Studies. A Fargo, North Dakota native, Reimringer moved in 2001 to his father's hometown of Saint Paul, where he lives with his wife, the poet Katrina Vandenberg.
