Wake-Up with Jacob - Police Chief Medaria Arradondo

Join Council Member Frey at the monthly Wake-Up with Jacob on Wednesday, September 13th, 2017 at 7:30 a.m. Our guest will be new Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo.Known as "Rondo", Chief Arradondo, a Minneapolis native and graduate of Roosevelt High School, joined the Minneapolis Police Department in 1989. He started as a patrol officer in the 3rd Precinct and worked his way up to assistant chief. The 3rd Ward was lucky to have him as the 1st precinct inspector starting in 2014. Rondo is the City of Minneapolis's first African American police chief.

The event will be held at Kramarczuk's located at 215 East Hennepin Avenue. Coffee and Kolaches will be available for purchase. Please RSVP to zack.farley@minneapolismn.gov
