September 10, 2019, Tuesday - Short Term Rentals Ordinance Listening Session at Mill City Museum

Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Location: Mill City Museum, 704 S 2nd St (ADM Room)

Short Term Rentals Ordinance Listening Session

Council Member Fletcher introduced ordinance work on Short Term Rentals earlier this summer (https://www.minnpost.com/metro/2019/06/the-minneapolis-city-council-wants-another-shot-at-reining-in-short-term-rentals) and recently attended a conference on the state of this industry across the country.

As City staff begin to develop policy recommendations to update our Short Term Rental ordinance, Council Member Fletcher is hosting this listening session with Regulatory Services staff to ensure that everyone's concerns are being captured for consideration. There are so many different versions of short-term rental -- Council Member Fletcher wants to make sure we are hearing about them.
