Today at Mill City Farmers Market

Produce Planner: turnips, radishes, spinach, spring salad mixes, arugula, garlic, head lettuce, wild greens, rhubarb, carrots, beets, sorrel, fresh herbs, kale, Swiss chard, collards, peppers, sweet onions, red potatoes, brussel sprouts, heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, tomatillos, broccoli, green beans, zucchini, cucumbers, eggplant, summer squash, cabbage, raspberries, grapes, sweet corn, watermelon, musk melon, and more!

Mill City Cooks, 10 am: Today Chef Nick Schneider will be demonstrating how to make several delicious vegetable-based sauces, including Harissa, Warm Beet Juice Vinaigrette, and Chimichurri.

Live Music, 11 am to 1 pm: The New Distractions. This eclectic four-piece band plays something for everyone, whether it be classic Blues, Swing, R&B or Folk Rock tunes.

Community Booth, all day: Slow Food MN.
