October 2, 2017, Monday - Yoga for Runners at Mill City Running

Time:  6:30 AM - 7:30 AM

Location: Mill City Running, 411 E Hennepin Avenue

Yoga for Runners

Did you run a marathon on Sunday, or cheer so hard that you feel like you did? Yoga Ted gets us out of bed the Monday after the Twin Cities Marathon & 10 mile to help our poor runner/cheerleader bodies recover. Getting out of bed may feel like a STRETCH but trust us, you'll be glad you did when you're trying to walk down the stairs later in the day. Come for the 6:30am yoga, return a few hours later for the Recovery Monday fun (and donuts)!  Donation-based as always. Bring a mat OR use one of ours.
