Let this class guide you through the basics of pairing a variety of beer styles and perfectly paired cheese. Join us as we sample seven different beer and cheese pairings and discuss how the distinctive flavors, textures and mouthfeel can enhance the entire tasting experience.Please allow yourself time to check in before the start of class!  Parking will be available at Surdyk's for attendees the night of the event!
