Mayor RT Rybak and City of Minneapolis CPED Department leaders (Jeremy Willis, Director of CPED; Kjersti Monson, Director of Long Range Planning; and Beth Elliott, Principal City Planner) will discuss their emerging leadership model, and the most pressing development opportunities in the East Downtown District.
