We're teaming up with our neighbors and friends over at Young Joni and Dangerous Man Brewing Co to bring you another free outdoor A10! Class starts at 10:45AM in the parking lot next to Young Joni and on the lawn of the Minneapolis Fire Station 2 right next to Young Joni.

This is a Northeast community event like no other! Pizza + Beer + Alchemy 365. Grab the crew + bring your own mat. Class (+ pizza) will be capped at 60 athletes so be sure to pre-enroll here: https://alchemy365.pike13.com/e/108796289.

After class, Young Joni will be opening up their back door for all attendees to purchase to-go pizzas for only $12! They will have 4 different varieties available this day of their famously delicious pizza that includes: The Old Reliable, The Old Reliable with Pepperoni, Sausage + Onion, and The One Potato Two. Gluten free options available for a $4 up charge. After pizza, cool off over at Dangerous Man Brewing Co where you'll receive $1 off your first pint of beer.

What's class all about? Glad you asked! A10's are our bread and butter. Combining yoga, strength, and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way in this 40 minute class. Warm-up with yoga, enter 10 minutes of bodyweight high intensity and finish with yoga cool-down. Show up antsy? Maybe. Leave feeling more alive? Definitely.
