Mill City Cooks, 10 am: Market Chef Jenny Breen will be joined by two special guests today – local author and restaurant critic Beth Dooley, and Diane Ott-Whealy, co-founder of Seed Savers Exchange.

Heirloom Apple Tasting, Seed Savers Exchange, all day:
Seed Savers Exchange (SSE), the pioneer of the heirloom movement, will have a wide assortment of heirloom apples for you to sample. Meet the 40-year old organization’s co-founder, Diane Ott Whealy, learn about grafting and historic varieties, and watch Beth Dooley bake pies with apples from SSE’s orchards.
