November 3, 2015, Tuesday - Presentation by Alatus Over the Future of the Washburn-McReavy Site

Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Location: University Lutheran Church of Hope, 601 13th Avenue SE

Land Use & Development Committee Agenda:
Presentation by Alatus over the future of the Washburn-McReavy site (200 Central Avenue)

At the next Marcy-Holmes Land Use and Development Committee meeting, Alatus will be presenting two aesthetic schemes that they have been developing - one more classical/traditional and the other more contemporary - in both 35 and 40-story iterations.

While these schemes were presented at the last committee meeting (albeit in the 35-story configuration), this re-presentation is to ensure that we reach as many members of our community as possible, keeping them informed on significant development projects within the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood.
