Patrick Rosal is the author four books, most recently Brooklyn Antediluvian and previously Uprock Headspin Scramble and Dive, My American Kundiman, and Boneshepherds. His work has been published in many journals, magazines and anthologies including The New York Times, Grantland, The Breakbeat Poets Anthology, Best American Poetry, Tin House, New England Review, Language for a New Century and elsewhere. He is a former Fulbright Fellow to the Philippines. His books have been honored with the Association of Asian-American Studies Book Award, the Asian American Writers Workshop Memebers' Choice Award and the Global Filipino Award and has been recognized by the Academy of American Poets and the National Book Critics Circle. He teaches in the MFA program at Rutgers University-Camden.
