Ten Thousand Things presents: The Good Person of Szechwan

by Bertolt Brecht

May 31 – June 3

Michelle Hensley ends her tenure as Ten Thousand Things’ Artistic Director with a return to the first show TTT performed: Bertolt Brecht’s The Good Person of Szechwan. The tale, told with music and humor, follows a poor woman who receives a bag of gold from the gods and is torn in two as she tries to help all her struggling friends but take care of herself at the same time. Hensley directs a cast of Christina Baldwin, Sun Mee Chomet, Joy Dolo, Tyson Forbes, Elise Langer, Harry Waters Jr, Karen Wiese-Thompson and Max Wojtanowicz.
