Relax and Rejuvenate a Yoga Workshop

Join us for our May Edition of Relax and Rejuvenate with instructor Susan Ray.

Susan specializes in helping restore the mind, body and soul through Restorative Yoga, Gentle Flow, Meditation and Self-Reflection. She is a Gem Yoga Instructor and a true teacher through and through.

During your evening with Susan you will be guided through various restorative postures and some gentle yoga flow.

The Yoga will be paired with personal reflections prompted by the use of oracle cards.

This 2 hour restorative workshop will allow your body, mind and spirit to relax into rest, and walk away feeling rejuvenated and awakened.

Please bring a journal and something to write with. Mat and props provided, no experience necessary, open to all.
