May 30, 2015, Saturday - Cracked Walnut Literary Festival: Urbanization at Mill City Museum

Times: 12:30pm - 2:00pm

Location: Mill City Museum, 704 2nd Street South

Cracked Walnut Literary Festival: Urbanization

Fee: Programs included with museum admission of $11 adults, $9 seniors and college students, $6 children ages 6-17; free for MNHS members.

Cracked Walnut presents "Urbanization," a literary reading in the museum's Ruin Courtyard. Hear from local writers as they read or perform their own creative work that reflects the theme of urbanization and Minneapolis. This reading is part of the 2015 Cracked Walnut Literary Festival, a series of 25 almost daily readings happening in the metro area. Each reading will feature a different cadre of writers in a different locale in the metro area.

Weather permitting, bring a picnic lunch to eat before the program in the Ruin Courtyard or purchase food at the museum's D’Amico and Sons Café. More information.
