At the Market this Saturday, you will find:
Sweet and hearty spinach, MORELS, asparagus, rhubarb, pac choi, beets, micro greens, salad mix, sweet sugar pea shoots, herbs, spring onions, chives, arugula, nettles, fiddlehead ferns, radishes, carrots, kale, Swiss chard, potatoes, cilantro, oregano, dried and fresh mushrooms, dried peppers, and LOTS OF BEAUTIFUL ORGANIC SEED STARTS of many varieties, including Medicinal/culinary herbs, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflowers, Brussels sprouts, artichokes, catnip, ground cherries, purslane, seed potatoes, and much more. 

Mill City Cooks, 10:00am: Today Market Chef Heather Hartman will be joined by Rashmi Bhattachan from Gorkha Palace, sampling a delicious recipe showcasing local beans from vendor Yee Xiong and other protein- packed plants!

Special Radio Broadcast: KBEM 88.5 FM will be broadcasting live for Bluegrass Saturday Morning from the Market today for its 4th consecutive year!
