May 21, 2016, Saturday - Foodie 4 Mile

Time: 8:00am

Location: B.F. Nelson Park, 400 Marshall Street NE

Registration

As a New Year's resolution, promise yourself you'll run/walk the 4th annual Foodie 4 Mile @ 8am before opening day of the Northeast Farmers Market on Saturday, May 21st, 2016.

The Foodie Four Mile is a fundraiser for the Northeast Minneapolis Farmers Market and the Food Group's "Harvest For the Hungry" program. The Food Group is an innovative food bank serving the hunger needs of Minnesota’s changing communities. Their Harvest for the Hungry programs purchase fresh, locally-grown produce from CSA farms to provide to Minnesota households facing hunger.  This not only helps local food banks, it supports local farmers producing crops for people, not conglomerates.
