Taste of Iceland in Minneapolis: Icelandic Menu

Icelandic chef Viktor Örn Andrésson will fly to Minneapolis to collaborate with American chef Joseph Holmes and create a delicious Icelandic dinner menu at Red Stag Supperclub. Together, the two chefs will prepare a four-course dinner menu featuring key components of Icelandic cuisine: lamb, dairy, and fish.

No meal is complete without a tasty cocktail! Icelandic mixologist Tóta will concoct some unique cocktails featuring Iceland’s favorite vodka, Reyka Vodka, and the one-of-a-kind aquavit, Brennivín, to pair perfectly with your dinner.
