Explore wine with Sommelier Sarina Garibovic

Botrytis cinerea, otherwise known as noble rot is most often experienced and appreciated through dessert wines such as Sauternes and Tokaji. In this class we will explore this particular fungus and the unique character it imparts to dry wines from around the world.
We'll meet in a private space with a great selection of wine, a highly informative presentation, and some plated snacks. The vibe will be relaxed and fun.
24 tickets available - All class attendees are eligible for 20% off wine purchases at Cafe & Restaurant Alma on 5/19.
