Experience the 3rd Annual Minnesota Monthly GrillFest® at The Depot. GrillFest will occur rain or shine.

Event Highlights:
 
This two-day festival provides you with the opportunity to discover the best smokers and sauces, recipes and rubs, summer sips and samples, and so much more. Get your summer grilling season started while enjoying live music, grilling demonstrations, and meeting local producers and makers of great products.
 
Key Features Include:
• MINNE - EGGAPALOOZA: Local chefs from Butcher & The Boar, Firelake, Oceanaire, Marin, Mill Valley Kitchen, Zen Gluten Free, and the MN Beef Council will be grilling up tasty treats on Big Green Eggs under the shed.
• Mad Dog & Merrill join the North Dakota State University BBQ Team: Members of the NDSU BBQ team, with Grillologists Mad Dog & Merrill, will be on-site showcasing their BBQ skills on Big Green Eggs.
• Ultimate Burger Experience: Presented by Kitchen Window, Amstel, Thousand Hills Cattle Company, and Memphis Grills. Attendees will learn how to build the perfect burger, guests will then grill their burgers, ending the experience enjoying their burger alongside a cold sip of Amstel Light.
• Stars of Food Network’s Food Court Wars: Pimento Grill will be on-site grilling authentic Jamaican street food.
 
Live grilling demonstrations daily on the Minnesota Monthly stage.
