May 17, 2013, Friday - (Anti) Wrecking Ball at The Soap Factory

Time: 7:00pm-10:30pm

Location: The Soap Factory, 518 Second St. SE

The Preservation Alliance of Minnesota is excited to return to the Soap Factory this year for the fourth annual (Anti)Wrecking Ball. This is a FREE event!

Come on out, you’ll have an opportunity to participate in a great raffle, win door prizes (if you pre-register), hear some live acoustic music, participate in preservation-themed carnival games, grab beer and wine at our (Anti)Wrecking Bar and a local food truck will have food for purchase. The added bonus is that this is also the first night of Art-A-Whirl and the Soap Factory gallery will be open as well. This is a great opportunity to combine your support for local artists and your favorite historic preservation organization.

Register  While you are welcome to show up at the door, we encourage all to pre-register so that you are entered into a drawing for door prizes. Each attendee should register separately so that all can be included in the drawing. We’ve got great door prizes including Mill City Museum tickets as well as our Booze Wall. For those of you less familiar with the concept, this is how it works: We have roughly 75 items ranging from bottles of wine to liquor or gift cards, our attendees put in $10, pull a cork and that cork has a number that corresponds with an item. Hopefully you’ll participate!
